Editorial Process

How each Pinpoint page is checked

Each Pinpoint answer page starts with captured puzzle data. Automated checks block pages with missing clues, a missing answer, or malformed content before release.

Captured puzzle data provides the clue set, answer, source label, and fetch time.
Some full walkthroughs use AI-generated explanations; quick guides may omit that extra layer.
Automated checks validate core data and catch malformed copy before release.

A page says Automated page checks passed only when the release checks succeeded. A guide built from captured puzzle data uses the recorded clues and answer with a lighter explanation. We do not call a page human-reviewed unless a reviewer and review time are stored.

Corrections Policy

If you spot an error, use the contact page and include the puzzle number plus any context that would help us reproduce the issue. We aim to review corrections within 24 hours, and when a page is updated the visible "Updated on" date is refreshed.
